How long after I order my items will they be shipped?
All items are handmade and made in the United States. Most orders are estimated to shipped in 10-14 BUSINESS days (Mon-Fri, excluding Holidays) after you purchase. Gold Blankets ship within 3 weeks. Everything is handmade and a lot of time and care go into each order. Anything purchased as a PRE-ORDER will take 3 weeks to ship. Please check items listing for any different production times. All tenders are calculated and totaled in US tender.
I ship every item USPS so you will receive it within 3-7 days after it has been created and has left my possession. Please keep in mind that tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update in USPS's system. Once an order has left our possession, you will need to contact USPS's Customer service: 1 (800) 275-8777, as we do not have any control over the package, access to their systems, nor do we work for the postal services. International orders can take anywhere from 14-21 days.
I want to cancel my order, how do I go about it?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order was placed. Anytime after that there will be a 25% re-stocking fee. Please check on production times through their listings, our FAQ page, and/or email us, prior to placing your order, as our 25% restocking fee will not be waived under any circomstance after the 24 hours perios. All items are hand made when ordered and after your order is placed production begins on your handmade items so please keep that in mind when you order.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, tracking information is emailed from us and Endicia. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
How do I rush my order?
Need to add Rush Production and/or Priority Mail to your order, click here. Leaving a comment when you checkout does NOT qualify as a rush order. All orders that do not have rush production added to them, will ship within the standard 7-10 business days.
How do I make a change after I order?
We DO NOT accept changes once your order has been placed, we have no way of keeping track of them and cannot be held liable, so please be sure to look over your order and double check to ensure everything is correct BEFORE placing your order. ALSO CHECK YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER!!!
I have not received my package, what do I do?
We are not responsible for lost packages of any kind, domestic or international. If you would like to purchase insurance on your items please contact us before placing your order and we will add it onto your shipping cost. You must also contact the Post Office with your tracking number to start an investigation, and/or file a claim, if you have not received your package.
-All International packages come with insurance already built into the shipping cost.
What size should I order for my child?
You know better than anyone what size your little one wears, if you know your baby is a bit larger or smaller than average order accordingly. Our sizes run true to size. What is the maxium stretch for our waistbands?
Our waistbands maximum stretch are 3 inches. Please keep in mind that being at maximum stretch may not ensure a comfortable fit for your little one.
Do you take custom orders?
Due to our high sales volume we are NO longer accepting custom orders. The only custom orders we are taking is for items and fabrics already listed in our shop or on our website and are final sale.

What does the loose fit/sweat pant style look like?

How should I wash my items?
All Items purchased, (Excluding our Fur Items). Machine Wash Inside Out in Cool Water with Organic Phosphate Free Detergent. Tumble Dry on Low or Hang to Dry. Fur Items should only be dry cleaned.
What's your RETURN and EXCHANGE policy?
Hand Crafted Items - You will have 3 days from the date of receiving the item to return it in brand new unused condition. I cannot accept the return if it has been worn or used in any way. Please make sure you read the colors and descriptions in all my listings and of course if you have questions about anything before or after making a purchase I will be more than happy to answer. Once an order is placed, you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order to avoid the 25% restocking fee. Once it is in production, and you wish to cancel an item/order, or return the order, the 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. UNDER NO CONDITION WILL THIS FEE BE WAIVED. Any items ordered that are seasonal, holiday, custom, retiring, adult sizes, on sale or discounted are FINAL SALES.
Can I exchange or return any FINAL SALE items?
Under NO condition, may an item that is FINAL SALE be exchanged or returned.

Sugarplum Lane collects personal information through our web site during purchase of products: your name, business name, email, address (street, city, state, zip, and country) and telephone number. Sugarplum Lane uses BigCartel.com as a third-party gateway and PayPal and Stripe for credit card clearing.
At no time does Sugarplum Lane have access to your credit card number.

Sugarplum Lane does not actively market to children, and we will never knowingly ask a child under 18 to reveal any personal information about themselves. Though our web site appeals to a general audience, we do not actively market to children, nor do we encourage anyone under the age of 18 to register with us. We will never knowingly correspond through email to anyone who tells us that they are under the age of 18 without their parent’s consent. We advocate parents and guardians to participate in their children’s online activities and use parental control or other web filtering technology to oversee their child’s access to the web.
